This photo was taken of me 10 years ago. Where was fear? Seriously, where was she? This was an exclusive club on the 52nd floor of Roppongi Hills, in Tokyo. I had only been hooping for about 1 year and yet here I am in all my glory parading around like I have not tasted the saltiness of fear. What I hope shines through the most in this picture is that I was so consumed by my need to share this art and my passion that fear took a back seat.

This week I answer some incredible questions that have come to me over the last week. We talk about facing fears, planning creativity, my fav books and radiance.

Here are some of the things I refer to:

My She Strategy as a way of planning

List of Books including the Caroline Myss audiobook

Here is the calendar planning I refer to

Was just wondering what your “daily routine” normally consists of? How do you stay motivated and focused? Do you plan your week ahead of time and allocate time for each task or do you wake up in the morning and go with your gut?

Fierce clarity.  Wild creativity.  Spirited courage.

These three pursuits sometimes get me in trouble. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Are you with me?

Let’s do the deep work together. Let’s find focus in a world of distractions. Let’s make change. Let’s connect to our inner wisdom.

You will mostly find me activating people to drop from their head, down into their body. That is where the real wisdom is.

I made a commitment over a decade ago to awaken my deepest intelligence through creative movement and activated voice. Let’s dance. Let’s take up space together.

We're in this together. Right?

It’s nice to know that we are connected. And super human. And will be dancing together very soon. In spirit or in sweatiness.

Sometimes a podcast, perhaps a love letter, maybe a meditation. I like to mix it up. Don’t you?

Let’s keep things spicy.
